Review: Hookah Portable


Hello everyone! I’m here with a review about Hookah Portable‘s customer service. I am not sponsored to make this post.
I just wanted to start out by saying do not order from here. It is absolutely terrible. I ordered the Rechargeable Hookah Pen Elite that was on their sale page. I used a coupon code I found online, so it dropped the price down to $30 with free shipping. I ordered it on December 25th. It is now January 21st, almost a month since I ordered. I still have yet to receive my order. When I emailed customer service, someone emailed me back asking for the name on the order. They also stated their number in case I needed to call them. I did not receive a response after responding back with the name on the order. I called the number provided about 4 times & got voicemail every single time. I called customer service number & no one picked up. I left a message about a week ago. I still have yet to receive a response back. I’m waiting for them to cancel my order so I can receive my money back. But nope, NO RESPONSE. Just a warning, do not purchase from here.

    I read hookah. So I came flying over to read and comment. :)

    :( I am sorry you had to go thru that that. If they are will the BBB. I would report them. Especially if like all this time goes by. And no word.

    You should definitely see if you can talk to someone at the BBB because they take that kinda of thing seriously since it’s ab actual website and not an online auction. Also look for anywhere you can leave a review for them and make sure you do that. I left a bad review on USPS’s FB and that was the only thing that seemed to get their attention.

    It looks like that they stopped processing orders sometime in December, at least according to their Facebook page. I’d suggest doing a chargeback on your credit card so that you can at least get the money back that you spent. My guess is that they lost too much money refunding money with their returns and just had to close.

    Sorry to hear you’re having a hard time. I would definitely say file a report with BBB. How did you pay? Because if you used paypal then they will reimburse you and go after them for the money. Hope it all works out for you.
